The Creative Children of Auckland Competition was created for Auckland Children impacted by Covid 19 Lockdown has now completed but can still view the amazing entries below.
TOCK‘s challenge was for the children to create something imaginative using items that would otherwise be thrown away or placed in the rubbish such as lids or food containers with the main focus on re-using items and reducing waste. The more creative and unique the better.
The winner by public vote was this colourful watermelon pencil holder. This was made out of a sugar tin because the winner wanted to use the 3Rs so that we don’t put lots of rubbish in sea which can harm animals. They win a copy of our NZ Book – ‘TOCK Saves the Earth‘

Rules/terms
The Creative Children of Auckland Competition will be open for entries and voting up to 30 August 2020.
Entries are open only to children in Auckland, impacted by the current Covid 19 lockdown.
All entries must be produced by children using items that would otherwise be thrown away or placed in the rubbish such as lids or food containers with the main focus on re-using items and reducing waste. The more creative and unique the better.
The winner will be selected based on public votes.
Get your family / friends / group / community to vote for the entry they think is the best to help support the amazing people helping save our planet. Remember people are only allowed to vote once for each entry but they can vote for multiple entries.
Full credit will be given to contributors but no personal information will be shared publicly without permission.
TOCK may ask if photos/stories could be shared to help spread the word about TOCK and the amazing work of the TOCK Team (you) but will always get your permission first.

Prize
This competition closes on 30th August 2020 and we will announce the winner by the end of the following week. We will select the winner based on number of votes so please encourage people to support all of the awesome entries.
The winner will receive a copy of our own NZ published book 'TOCK Saves the Earth'
However TOCK thinks everybody is a winner so please join in just for the fun and keep your eyes open for other competitions.
